What is the distinction between level 1 and level 2? The distinction is;
At Level 1 you confirm the key only once in the subject, afterwards all the mail from the e mail address will be passed.
At Level 2 confirmation of the key (in the name) is done once, but you must send each e-mail with the key attached to the name. Sending the key is done automatically, if the key has been in corporated in the address book of the sender behind the name of the recipient. Only then will the e-mail be passed on (of course manual incorporation of the key behind the name is possible but it is more time-consuming).

The main advantage of level 2 is;
You definitely know the e-mail comes from the owner of the e-mail address.
Only an e-mail address is insufficient to pass e-mails.
Inconvenience by misuse of your e-mail address will not be passed on.

How can I receive newsletters? You have applied for a newsletter, but the e-mails are blocked because nobody is confirming the key. The best solution is to place the whole domain temporally on the whitelist. After receiving the newsletter you'll know which e-mailaddress will have been used. Then you place these e-mail address eson the whitelist and then remove the domain from the whitelist.

e.g.
You apply to a newsletter from the website "news.com". You add this domain name to the whitelist. You'll receive the newsletter from the e-mailaddress "newsletter@news.com". Add this e-mailaddress on the whitelist and remove de domain name "news.com" from the whitelist.
