Please verify that the Microsoft Data Access Components have been properly installed.



Socket error #10061 connection refused.
The XToMe server can't be found. Determine whether or not the XToMe server is active or whether your computer (where the XToMe server is installed) can connect to the network (my network locations). When the problem has been solved you can restart the search function.

Wireless network pc cannot find XToME server.
When working with a wireless network it may be that your IP address has been placed in a different domain. This is why the XToMe server can't be found. Give the name of the computer or the IP address of the computer to which the XToMe server has been installed and press "OK".

The database has not been found.
The XToMe server has not been found. It's unclear which language is the preferred one. That's why the message is in English. Examine if the XToMe server is active or the computer where the XToMe server is installed can been seen (network connections) and is assessable.

Please verify that the Microsoft Data Access Components have been properly installed.
The programs (Server, Systempanel, UserPanel en Control Center) of XToMe can only function when they can contact the XToMe database.

Because the Microsoft Data Access Components have not been installed properly the connection to the XToMe database won't be possible. Download the program
FixMDAC and reinstall the Microsoft Data Access Components Not suitable for windows 95.
