Manually incorporating the key into the address book and send a confirmation e-mail.

You send a confirmation e-mail to indicate that the previously sent e-mail still has to be delivered and a key will be used in the future. If you place the key behind the name of the receiver in the address book then you will be able to communicate with the receiver freely and without any difficulties in the future. Your e-mailing facilities remain intact.
The receiver will no longer receive any spam even if others make use of your e-mail address (Yes this happens!).
