The Small Business edition is suitable for small organisations (up to 30 users) that make use of an internet provider.

The main advantage is that the desired e-mails are picked up at the internet provider.
All undesirable e-mails (with possible viruses) stay at the internet provider. These e-mails are, however, will be removed in time by XToMe. This saves space and the chance of virus infections.

Previously where the e-mail program made direct contact with the internet, it now makes contact with the XToMe Server. The XToMe server then contacts the internet.

Functionally this version doesn't deviate from the Business and Enterprise edition.

Maximum number of accounts is 30.
Communication with internet provider via POP/SMTP.
Only suitable for Microsoft Windows platforms (Vista, XP, 2000, NT, ME, 98, 95).

Minimum system requirements;

• Personal computer with a Pentium-processor, processor speed 300 MHz or higher.
• 128 MB RAM memory.
• 10 MB disk space.
• 1024x768 minimum screen resolution.
• Internet connection ((A)DSL, Cable, Telephone, ISDN).
